TURNING FROM COMMERCIAL TO
RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
Inspired by the development of his own residence in Highland Beach from the ground up, the founder of the company, Jerald S. Batoff, turned from developing commercial to residential real estate. The story of our company began in 2013 when the founder Jerald Batoff was developing his own residence. The idea of establishing a company that would bring all the tools and professionals together to help homebuyers and homeowners build their dream homes grew stronger and stronger. Jerald has devoted years to finding the best team members to help him throughout the journey and is finally proud to present the results of the extensive work.

Having experience in developing more than 50 commercial projects in the Philadelphia regional area and numerous prestigious residential developments, Mr. Batoff has decided to bring the idea of high-end custom homes in Boca Raton to life.
Prior to putting together Boca Coastal Homes, Jerry Batoff was a Real Estate Attorney in Philadelphia for more than 20 years and was known as Philadelphia’s premier zoning and land use attorney. He then went on to develop more than 50 Projects in the Philadelphia area. The projects have included major national tenants such as Target, Shop Rite Supermarkets, CVS Pharmacy, Rite Aid Pharmacy, PNC Bank to name a few. He moved to South Florida in 2012 and fell in love with the blue water and the residential possibilities. After working closely with some of Boca’s best Engineers and Architects, he has assembled a team with the same goals to build first class homes in the Boca Coastal area. Mr. Batoff’s philosophy is to partner with the community surrounding all of his developments.

Studio K Architects is a family owned and operated architectural and interior design firm, with over 30 years experience, specializing in high end custom residential. Founder, Krsto Stamatovski, AIA, opened Studio K in 2002 after working at architectural firms both internationally and within the USA, and immediately after won the AIA People’s Choice Design Award. The firm’s projects have been showcased on the covers of such publications as Luxe and Florida Design magazine, as well as, being featured in the recent book publication, “East Coast Modern”.

Over 25 years, the company has served the construction industry in South Florida as consulting engineers in the structural field. We have worked on numerous types of buildings including multi-story commercial buildings, single & multi-family residential projects and several large custom homes. We have provided services including value engineering to make the design & construction more efficient and, on many occasions, we have helped clients in resolving complex structural problems. We also provided inspection services for various projects to assure the quality of the construction as well as the safety and durability.

our professional knowledge and responsibility with our project design, project management,
